Join us for November’s Full Moon Meditation + Sound Bath 🌕 this very special experience starts off with a guided meditation which allows the body and mind to settle into deep relaxation as the words of the meditation carry you away immersive sounds will vibrate around and within you to bring you deep healing. Sunday November 2 • 6-7:15pm. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to settle in. BYOprops (blankets, pillow, bolster, water to drink and optional crystals)
